I feel like people often complain about their artstyle changing, but I don't think thats a bad thing at all? It just means you're growing as an artist!! Even if it feels like a step back, you often take two steps forward if you push through, so I wouldn't feel bad about it at all if I were you guys!! Be proud that youre moving!!

Thanks for that, I needed this. I've been bouncing around styles for a year now, only just found what I think I like, but I guess I have a bit of a fear I'll go back to not knowing and changing again. I did learn a ton though, doing different styles opened me up to trying new techniques and I find myself able to do a lot more. I sort of forgot what I gained from it, so thanks for the reminder. : )

Tbh this is the best opinion on that that I ever heard, I always hear someone complaining when they say: "Ugh I have like 3 million artstyles!"
And I'm sitting here like "well I think that's cool! You can give me some of them, if you don't need 'em!" XD

Thank you for saying this ugh
I was in this kind of state about a year ago... I wanted my style to go a direction it clearly wasn't going and ended up where I am now, and I'm really happy with it!
Style is hard and finding it is a journey and none one is ever going to stop changing. Development is good!
